Yikes! It has been too long...

Well, I guess it's time to get back to blogging before Maggie and Seamus are in High School! This summer was FULL of fun. Maggie's favorite parts were riding her two wheeler and loosing two teeth. Seamus loved following Maggie around and starting school. Many efforts will be made to stay in touch better.

Maggie was bored...

What to do on a rainy day...

It looks like having a brother comes in handy sometimes!

April Showers

Please note: Seamus is still wearing two different boots. That phase is going on four months...

Maggie is not so sure this fun...

Spring is Here

There is nothing like the first weekend full of good weather for playing outside.

Maggie and Seamus like to make Hide-n-Seek a "tackle" sport.

Flower Girl Fun

Isabella and I were so excited to be flower girls.

The dress was fun to twirl in.

Amber had fun twirling, too!

Maggie the Wedding Photographer

When she wasn't busy as a flower girl, Maggie captured her family having fun at Debra and Hans Eirk's wedding . Aunt Shell and Gramma Duzy looked very pretty!

My Handsome Dad and the Silver Fox :)

Auntie Mare taking my pic, taking her pic - that was silly!

Maggie's 1st Baby-sitting Job!

While mom was officially "in-charge" Maggie had her first taste of baby-sitting for our friend Gabriel. I think we have a future camp counselor in the making! (was there any doubt?)

Oh Seamy Boy

No, we did not put Guiness in his sippy cup on St. Patrick's Day. He's just a funny kid!

Just for the record...

Maggie built the snowman. She thought I misrepresented her hard work by having Seamus in a picture with her snowman!

Camera Lost...

Anyone seen our digital camera? Oops. We are working on getting pictures up, but in the meantime. A big HELLO from all of us. Maggie and Seamus have had their birthday since our last post. Maggie is now six and already counting the days until she is seven. Seamus is an unbelievable three and all signed up for preschool next year (two days a week).

Maggie has learned the art of negotiation and very diplomatically made a plea for all of the reasons she should get the Barbie Mariposa movie this morning over her oatmeal. Here are her top three:

1. I am nice to Seamus when he is not bugging me.
2. I did not yell at you this morning when you woke me up for school even though I wasn't happy.
3. I need it.
She was less than convincing in her reasons, but so cute...

Seamus meanwhile is known around town for his constantly mismatched rain boots. Today he walked Maggie to school wearing one blue and red lobster boot and one of Maggie's pink polka dot boots. I am fairly sick of hearing "Nice boots, I bet you have another pair just like it at home" (Ha, Ha, Ha). He has been caught in front of the mirror saying "Hi, I like your boots. Do you like my boots?" I think he gets this from his dad.

Seamus and the coolest snowman ever is a leftover picture from the last time I had my camera (perhaps we wil find it when the snow melts).
